Although our residential painting services differ slightly from our commercial painting services, they cover pretty much everything you could expect when it comes to painting the inside of your home or businss. But that's not where it has to stop! Our team of professional contractors can also revamp your house from the outside in; a fresh coat on the exterior can give you a warmer welcome than ever before. If you have any particular structures that you would like us to paint, like a porch or a barn/shed, just mention it during our discussion and while we assess your quote.
Planning The Project
As we mentioned, we are able to paint virtually anything inside and outside of your home. But every successful project starts with a successful blueprint, and at Baltimore Pro Painters it’s incredibly important for us to be able to plan the project in collaboration with your ideals. Steps you can expect to take in the planning process include deciding the correct amount and type of paint that we need for each area, and outlining what days and times we are going to be painting each particular project, which may include periods of time when we have to “close off” a part of your home. We pride ourselves in making sure that we are punctual with our scheduling in order to minimize the inconveniences that we could cause.
BYOP - Bring Your Own Paint
Although we appreciate our ambitious clients who go out and buy paint before calling us, that’s not the ideal scenario. It’s not because we want to make a commission on the paint we use. It’s because the type of paint that we use is going to be key to the long term success of the project. We take our that success very seriously and the only way to maintain it is by using premium product acquired through our established networks. We are more than happy to go over the budget so you can compare prices, but in the end the reason why we would want to bring our material and equipment is so we can guarantee the long term success of the project.
Mixing & Matching Colors All Across The Home
There are a lot of things that can go into interior painting. We take the necessary amount of time planning in order to make sure that we have all of the color schemes figured out beforehand. What happens often enough is that we'll need to use multiple different shades of colors and differing paint material so it's essential we have our color schemes prepared before the paint ever touches the brush.
