The biggest factor that sets apart commercial painting from residential painting, is typically the scale of the project. In commercial painting, we may also have to take into account local and state laws and regulations, such as the necessity to acquire a permit to be able to paint the exterior part of a building (especially when our work interferes with the sidewalk or street). Things can get a little bit complicated on that end in some cases. We can help you with all of the paperwork and all of the different things that you are going to need.
Existing Structures or New Buildings
There are typically two types of commercial projects that we take part of. There are the projects where we repaint an existing structure, or in other cases, we may be walking into a new building that is just being built and we are asked to put the finishing touches. We consider ourselves seasoned veterans in the industry and have worked with dozens of local companies in the past, both on drywall repair and for painting contracts, so contact us if you are looking for experienced professional contractors.
How Quickly Can You Paint?
More often than not people are in a hurry to get their property painted, typically businesses hoping to open the place back up again to resume business as usual. Naturally how long we are eventually going to take is going to depend on the size of the project at hand, but our team is typically large enough and skilled enough to get the job done in a small amount of time. In any case, before we even put out paint orders in, we can discuss the finer details through and commit to what we would consider are reasonable deadlines. From there you can determine whether we are a good fit for you or not.
Bringing A Large Enough Team
This is something that we talked about a bit, but we wanted to take a chance to expand on it. The thing is many small companies will in fact take on larger gigs even if they don’t have the personnel in house to handle that size of a project. What some competitor tend to do is hire people for the project which can lead to having people with limited experience on the job, who are tasked with critical parts of a larger project that they are ill prepared for, resulting in inconsistent final products. We do have a large in house staff to handle larger scale projects, so this is not an issue that we deal with.
Get A Quote On A Service
Each of the projects that we are going to be involved in are certainly unique in their own right. Therefore, each of them will have their own particular cost. If you want to get a quote on one of the services give us a call. We are obviously open to discussing different prices and options all across the board.
